FEES PAYABLE TO THE TUTOR

For the new students there will be a registration fee of $30.
Monthly fees for the Russian, English, Science, Spanish, Logic and Math classes shall be calculated as follows:

For 1 hour sessions 1 time per week — $80 per month.
For 1.5 hour sessions 1 time per week — $120 per month.
For 1 hour sessions 2 times per week — $150 per month.
For 1.5 hour sessions 2 times per week — $210 per month
The fees for all other classes, art, cooking, yoga, dance and chess classes are
For 1 hour sessions 1 time per week — $90 per month.
For 1.5 hour sessions 1 time per week — $140 per month.
The $10 discount for the second class and an additional family member applies to the art and science classes as well.

The discounts for multiple sessions per week cannot be combined with any family discounts.

For the new students the first session is $10 (chess $10)!

FAMILY, MULTIPLE VISITS DISCOUNT AND PRIVATE SESSIONS.

When you register the second and the third child from your family, you receive a $10 off on the second and the third child’s fees.
Additional fees shall be charged for private, one-on-one tutoring sessions.

* 5% discount for prepaid month (5 days a week).

*NO make ups and refunds for missed days.
*We charge $10 for each 15 min of late pick up per each child (please don’t be late for more than 30 min).

The fees for educational camps (Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall break)

9 am to 3:00 pm — 75$ per day, 215$ for three days, 340$ for five days. (Includes required and all additional classes, meals provided)
9 am to 5 pm — 95$ per day, 270$ for three days, 440$ for five days (includes required and some of additional classes, meal provided)
9 am—3 pm all business days in one calendar month — $1200.
9 am—5 pm all business days in one calendar month — $1700

Late pick up — $10 each 15 minutes
Second child from you family receives a 5% discount.
Early bird discount — 5%.
With all packages, there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit, which applies to the final payment.

Fees may be adjusted from time to time and shall become effective after having given the Student (30) thirty days written notice.

Private piano lessons:

1 class per week 30 min — $200 per month ($50 – 30 min)
2 classes per week 30 min — $360 per month ($45 – 30 min)
1 class per week 45 min — $260 per month ($65 – 45 min)
2 classes per week 45 min — $480 per month ($60 – 45 min)
1 classes per week 60 min — $400 per month ($100 – 60 min)
2 classes per week 60 min — $640 per month ($80 – 60 min)

Painting classes with wine tasting for Adults!

$50 for one adult person — 2 hours lesson (wine and some snacks included)
$90 for two relationship persons — 2 hours lesson (wine and some snacks included)

PAYMENTS

Payments shall be made monthly, in advance, no later than the 25th day of the month. Such payment reserves the spot for your child for the next calendar month (from 1st to 31st). If you decide to pause the tutoring, please notify the tutoring center no later than the 23rd day of the month before the pause. If you did not notify the center about your intention to pause or stop the tutoring, then you understand that your child’s spot stays reserved, and you agree to make a full payment for that calendar month.  Note, however, that we cannot guarantee the spot in the same group for your child if you later decide to resume the tutoring again. No payment will be returned or prorated if you decided to stop tutoring and did not notify the center by the 23rd day of the current month.

For our clients’ convenience, we introduced a drop-in payment option. If you want to attend only several classes in a certain month, you can pay for only the classes you desire your child to attend. Note, however, that the drop-in option is subject to availability and must be arranged with the center before the actual visit.

Drop-in option pricing:

A regular price plus 30%, paid before the beginning of the session.

1.5 hours Russian, Spanish, English, Logic, Math classes — $35
1-hour Yoga, Dance, Gymnastics, Art, Science, Chess or Cooking classes — $30
